Privacy Policy
WinPulse Media LLC ("we", "us") operates winpulsemedia.com and the WinPulse publishing platform. This policy describes what information we handle and how.
Who uses our software
WinPulse is an internal content publishing tool used exclusively by WinPulse Media staff to manage our own brand accounts on social platforms. It is not offered to the public, and we do not collect information from members of the public through it.
Information we handle
- Platform account data. When our staff connect one of our own social media accounts (for example, a TikTok account) to WinPulse through the platform's official API, we receive basic account information such as the account's display name and avatar, plus the access tokens needed to publish content to that account.
- Content we publish. The videos, images, and text we upload through WinPulse are our own original content, produced by our team.
- Website visitors. winpulsemedia.com does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or contact forms. Standard server logs may be retained by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security purposes.
How we use it
Account data and access tokens are used solely to upload and schedule content to our own accounts, and to read basic performance metrics for that content. Nothing else.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
- We do not use data for advertising or profiling.
- We do not access anyone's account other than our own.
YouTube API Services
WinPulse uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to, and read basic statistics from, YouTube channels owned and operated by WinPulse Media LLC. By interacting with our YouTube channels you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- The only data accessed via YouTube API Services is our own: channel identity, our uploaded videos, and their processing status. We do not access, collect, or store any data about other YouTube users.
- Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Stored authorizations can be revoked at any time via Google security settings.
- OAuth tokens for our channels are stored on private company infrastructure and are deleted when a channel is disconnected. We retain no YouTube user data.
Storage and security
Access tokens are stored on our private infrastructure with restricted file permissions, are never committed to source control, and are revocable at any time from the connected platform's settings.
Data retention and deletion
Tokens and account data are kept only as long as the account connection is active. Disconnecting an account (or revoking access from the platform's own settings) removes our access, and we delete the stored tokens.
